Ajay Peddada

Ajay studied Electrical Engineering and Biology at the University of South Alabama. During his time in Alabama, Ajay used interpretable machine learning to understand how Parkinson's Disease impacts autonomic regulation of cardiac rhythm. In the Sun Lab, Ajay is using computational methods to elucidate the impact of structural brain alterations due to Traumatic Brain Injury on functional connectivity. Ajay's other interests include using neural network models for simulating pathological brain activity as well as identifying mechanisms underlying learning.
