Danny Valdivia
Daniel received his Master of Biomedical Sciences (MBS) degree from Rutgers University. While attending Rutgers, he performed an independent literary review on the infamous immunomodulatory agent Thalidomide. Daniel also acquired his bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience from the University of Delaware, where he initially discovered his interest in the macro & micro dynamics of the central nervous system. Currently in Sun Laboratory Daniel uses optogenetic and calcium photometry techniques to collect and analyze data pertaining to temporal lobe epilepsy.
